The Space Force (USSF) wants to create a Career Development Plan for their incoming cyber officers. The USSF has fewer leadership positions, so they need the highest quality personnel filling those critical positions. CyberWorx will host a design sprint that will help the team refine the problem and list what traits and experiences an officer needs to be successful in key USSF positions. This information will provide leadership with the information they need to build an operationally relevant Career Development Plan for more effective officers.
